Janet H. Somers represents clients in both routine and complex issues regarding Probate, Guardianship and Conservatorship, Elder Law including Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Trust and Estate Planning and Trust Administration.  Ms. Somers also represents several professional fiduciaries, including banks and agencies.

Ms. Somers is Past Chair of the Washington State Bar Association Elder Law Section and was member of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center’s Planned Giving Advisory Board. She has served as Chair of the King County Bar Association Guardianship and Conservatorship, and Elder Law Section and served as the Grants Committee Chair. She is Past Co-Chair of the Title 11.88 Mandatory Guardian ad Litem Training Program.
