Brady represents professional fiduciaries, individuals, and families in all aspects of routine and complex trust administration, probate, guardianship and conservatorship, and power of attorney matters. He regularly advises trust companies, banks, and nonprofit agencies serving in a fiduciary capacity. Brady approaches legal matters with an analytical and sensible perspective that ensures his clients are guided through the legal processes required to achieve their goals in a pragmatic and cost-effective manner.

Brady has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2021. He is routinely appointed as probate guardian ad litem and has served as court visitor and court-appointed attorney in numerous guardianship and conservatorship matters, and is a contributing author for the Title 11 Court Visitor’s Manual. He currently serves on the Executive Board for the King County Bar Association Guardianship and Elder Law Section and on the Consult and Investment Committee for nonprofit agency Lifetime Advocacy Plus.

Brady graduated summa cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2016, during which he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Carol A. Schapira at King County Superior Court and was an associate editor for the Seattle University Law Review. He began his practice at a respected local full-service law firm, and he has been an attorney at Somers Tamblyn since 2018.
